We have developed Applications in PB.
PB can work with ODBC databases. We have used PB-> ODBC (Oracle and SQL
server)
Independently Postgres ODBC drivers are available on the net. Download
install and configure them.
PB can work with postgres.
Having said all of this.... PB also has something called native drivers.
These are written by a company called Intersolv. If you have native drivers
PB works much better (and faster) esp. during development. Now, you can
visit Intersolv site and checkout whether they have written a native driver
for postgres (which I doubt).
