 There should be an option for maximum message size which qmail can accept
 ... it is O MaxMessageSize in sendmail, for example (and assumes that the
 sending client / MTA ESMTP SIZE= extension - which mostly is the case
 nowadays - very few speak only SMTP)
 
 It should be in /var/qmail/controls someplace.
