Hmm AFAIK it is very difficult to remove a message from qmail's queue.
It doesnt store the information in one central location. If you look at
the /var/qmail/queue folder it has the following directories
bounce/
info/
intd/
local/
lock/
mess/
pid/
remote/
todo/

I believe everyone of those directories have a entry for each email
being delivered. I dont know of any utility either.
