Boot into Debian. Mount your rh root/boot (/dev/hda6). Copy the rh kernel
from /boot ( on /dev/hda6 ) to /boot ( on /dev/hda8 ). Make the
appropriate changes to lilo

image=/boot/your redhat kernel
        label=redhat_kernel
        read-only
        root=/dev/hda6

Also check out for entry for win98 booting in the debian lilo.conf.

lilo -v
