but with a lot of free time in between until someone or something screws
up :o), + if you are the sadistic sort, you can have fun blocking a
users webaccess, terminate his 4 MB download after he completed 3.5 MB,
or restrict his download size to say ~ 500 kb. Or if you want to take
the windows route, you will always find some time between virus
clean-ups/reboots to play solitaire or the suspense filled game of
minesweeper.
