You need superuser id because you are making changes to the filesystem.
I am not sure about NFS but in SMB I can specify the userid with which I
am about to mounth the filesystem. I am sure you will find something
simillar for your case too.
As for your posting the only reason why you wont get a reply is because
you were not clear as to what the problem was or if no one had a
suitable answer for you.
