I am assuming you are doing a smart relay for your emails. In that case set the the gateway for the SMTP server thruh one IP and the default gateway as the other. You obviously cant have two default gateways. Another possibility is since you have two routers out there both on the the same internal LAN just set the default gateway for the mailserver to one router and the default gateway for the other machines to the other router.
