Hi Mithun,

   You don't have to create a initrd for ReiserFS. I've got
root/boot everything on ReiserFS. As long as you have support
compiled into the kernel you don't require a initrd. Same with
SCSI. If the SCSI drivers are compiled in, you don't need to have
a initrd.
