Hi,
Today I got my copy of PCQ. Thought of trying out Red Hat 7.1.
Booted with the first CD. text install.
Loading install
Loading /sbin/loader
Bang. Stuck. CD light is not blinking. The light is on nothing happening.
Anybody faced this problem ?
OK. If there is a problem with CD, then when I did
dd if=/dev/cdrom of=pcq1.iso
no errors. I got the iso image. Even burnt that iso image on a CD-RW.
Booted with this CD-RW. Same status. Getting stuck at /sbin/loader.
This is not cd drive or any such problem. I have already installed Debian
2.2 release 3 with the same CD-drive just last week. :-)
Any clues.
