Hi,
I had send this reply in the morning. But it looks as if it has somehow not
reached the list.
I solved the problem. Thanks to Atul.
Red Hat 7.1 by default enables DMA for CD-ROM too. Hence those drives which
gives problem on enabling DMA get stuck at the point
Loading install
Loading /sbin/loader
This is solved by booting the CD and typing
linux ide=nodma
at the prompt.
Hope this helps some of u who might face this problem while install Red Hat
7.1 from PCQ.
Warm Regards
Rajesh
