Nope. The FTP protocol does not support name based virtual hosts.

If you want this only for uploads, assign each domain a name in the dns:
ftp.vhost1.com
ftp.vhost2.com
and ensure that they all get the same ip address.

Give each host a unique login name and password.
Then use the DefaultRoot ~ directive to lock everyone into their home 
directories.
