Yeah, the  first time I saw  this used was on  the debian-user
list some  time last  year ...  It struck  me as  being rather
dramatic, and  found a permanent  place within my  grey matter
... what an apt acronym ... grammatically and dramatically.

Incidentally, there  is an  optional package in  debian called
"dict-jargon" which  contains the  Online Hackers  Jargon File
(Ver  4.0.0). You  need the  dictionary server  daemon "dictd"
installed and running  for this. I suppose  other distros will
also have something similar, or the same ...

This  thing  (dict-jargon)  is  of  1996  vintage  ...  but  I
suppose  jargon does  not keep  pace with  the development  of
microprocessors and computing !
