Good Linux to e'body,
Some-time back, Raju had mentioned about huge pile-up of
mail archieves of the LIH mail - some 300/400 MBs. It is
difficult to go thru all these archieves on-line to seek
some urgent help, perticularly when we know that , the
required help topic is already discussed at-length in LIH.
Is it possible and feasible to bring-out a CD version of
this archieve ? With a price tag 0f about Rs.100/- , I think
, it is worth a collection item by the members & non-mebers
Linuxians . If it contains a search script to list required
topic as per subject, thread , date etc. then much better.
If some space left, it can contain some related articles,
tiick & tips, LOST like items ( Bish ), and a small custom
made Linux distro ( Mukund ), and some ready - made mail
articles ( .conf and other set up files like mutt , sendmail
, Exim etc ) - (Suresh's site ) .
Can't rely on a Cyberspace server in these days of
/bin/laden, you know ! ;-)
