<snip> okay, seems silly to respond to my ow mail but as no answer was
forthcoming from the list (a blessing in disguise I'd say) I did some
digging, and read up all the docs that came with the package. There is a
config option to bring up wwwoffle automatically. See
wwwoffle-2.6/contrib/README it gives different ways of starting up
automatically. I had done the stuff for ppp but just to try some R&D I also
made the symlinks as suggested for a RH system and my job was done. you have
to copy a file wwwoffle-2.6/comntrib/redhat/wwwoffle.init to /etc/rc.d/init.d
and then symlink it. The instructions are pretty starightforward.
