Well, I have a suggestion, if you do'nt mind !
If LIH does'nt recieve an "all OK" message from a
member after , say , every 15 days & he/she have
not contributed any mail in that period, that
member should be automatically disabled on
temporary basis.
And if this happen for another 15 days or so, that
member should be permenently dis-abled, unless &
until re-subscribe .
Because many members do not turn to LIH for a long
time, once their perticular problem is solved,
until they face a new problem.
Since, many free emial servers provide 5 to 20 MB
free space, LIH is still sending the mails to such
"dead" e-mail addresses, until the mail box is not
full !
