Sudhir,

I think , you got it all wrong !

No-body is "bent on excluding people" who are
active ( contrubuting queries/solutions ) /
passive ( just reading the list to learn out of
other member's discusion ) members of this list.

In fact the discusion was all about, how to
improve the list band-width and early response to
the queries, so that one should not compalin about
missing mail/ late mail , as was observed in
recent past.

The discusion was about reducing the "extra fat"
and not the original body. Remember if member A is
getting his/her mail on 8.00 AM , the same mail is
recieved by member B on 10.00 AM , in the same
city. Beacuse MailMan cycles thru delivering tons
of mail to it's members in round circle, according
to subsrciptions. 
The situation is worst in case of Digest mode
mail, which I have already explained in one of my
previous mails.

Discusion on any topic is the way to know the
views of people and NOT the VETO power to
implement any-thing! :-)
