Let's not get into funny directions. Why is it that we want everyone
"must" contribute ? We should encourage contribution by all, but never
think of enforcing it. That will take the charm out of the list. Let
everyone benefit from the list without putting such unnecessary 'rules'
to it. Such rules will bring only funny responses which will have no
meaning to the list, but they will be there because of such 'rules'.
Yes, if an address bounces the mail - perhaps more than 2, 3 or say 5
times, it ca be unsubscribed.
Let's find ways to encourage participation, while including everyone and
not be the types who are bent on excluding people.
