If you are talking about IDE, you can use KDevelop/Anjuta.


On linux there are separate tools for compilation and debugging. You can use 
gcc/g++ for compilation and gdb for debugging. Frontends to GDB like DDD are 
also good.

P.S. Borland C++ for linux? Never heard of. Is there any trial version or so? I 
would like to try. I still like that environment. Good for starters.
