The nearest that I cud find was Motor written by a Russian Programmer. One can download the same from http://konst.org.ua . If the X is running properly then nothing can beat Kdevelop. Try to locate it on sourceforge or freshmeat. Or if u can get hold of any Caldera CDs, kdevelop is part of the standard Development installation.
