Mandrake has font manager. I don't know about RHL but if nothing else works try
kfontinst. You can get it from freshmeat.net. It can install ttf fonts. I hope
it can handle unicode ttf fonts.
If anybody know any good unicode ttf font, I want to get them for devnagaree
encoding...
