Suresh, You seem to have had some bad experiences with linuxconf. Any software if not used properly will screw things up. Linuxconf has evolved quite a bit from what it used to be. But it is a good tool for newbies.
I personally only edit the configuration files directly or use scripts which I have written myself. Out of interest I would like to know as to what security hazards can linuxconf cause. Bad advice... there's nothing like linuxconf for screwing up configurations and creating security hazards. --srs -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (FreeBSD) Comment: Finger mallet<@>efn.org for key iD8DBQE7zsCPRB4r9e3t77kRAtyUAKC7MT/3ylzR+ofoZXsM2fyCil8/7wCgup1r irXkbl5BoR6QEhZMEZhTsCA= =c5af -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ linux-india-help mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-india-help _______________________________________________ linux-india-help mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-india-help
