Great idea. I can "donate" some of my scripts. I have already developed some scripts under perl and embperl (web based) for user management. The only important thing is to bundle them, with a nice web based interface. The scripts should be centered around problem faced on this list by newbies. Its really high time this list did constructive work, apart from distro war. Unfortunately I have seen premature death of many project on this list in last 3 years. But surely things can be changed.
