i had edited the /etc/xinetd.d/telnet,
 /etc/xineted/wu-ftpd, /etc/xinet.d/ipop3d,
 /etc/xinetd.d/service-name in general and change
 the "disable=yes" to "disable=no"

afterwards I had restarted the service xineted
Then also i cannot telnet from the client, I need to
enable the telnet and POP3, for my clients to recieve
the mails from the linux Machine
