Check your POP account using fetchmail before you run sendmail -q -v
(and run fetchmail in daemon mode...) this will prevent the errors from
happening.

or

Use your ISP (netkracker)'s  SMTP server to relay your messages if they
haven't followed VSNL's policy of charged messaged.

or

run your own SMTP server. (no DS/smartrelayhost)
