Now I've said "Y" to "Power Management Support" , "Advanced Power Management BIOS Support" and "Use real mode APM BIOS Call to power off". The rest I've disabled... recomplied the kernel. But still it the same... system doesn't get power off after shutting down... Is there any thing else to do to get it working ??? Please help....
