fips is  DOS software, and he needs a working DOS/
Win box.  In this case, he has already re-partiti-
oned his HDD, and fips at this  juncture would not
help. AFAIK, fips does not work on  HPFS/ NTFS. If
anyboody has tried one of  the  newer  versions of
"fips", please confirm if HPFS/ NTFS is  supported
by fips now.
