Hi,
i was able to do 'superuser' stuff after providing the password, but
today suddenly, kppp says that i should be root to do the operation and
asks me to check /usr/sbin/pppd is owned by root(which it is) and
whether SETUID bit is set.previously i was able to shutdown/reboot my
system as a normal user but now i get a message 'only root can do that'.
Am sure i didnt meddle with any config files for pam.
how do i go back to my previous state of being to able apps?.
Plz help.
Thanz,
krishna
