In other words, I would say any 16 bit card (with stereo support) is actually
good enough. And about good speakers, you can hunt local electroninc shop if you
are budget minded. One of my friend got two true 50W wooden cabinet speakers
with apmlifier for 1100/-. They belong to same clan of those deployed during
Ganapati but with very good quality. Sound card really doesn't matter..
