[LIH] Username/ pass change GUI

Dear All,
     IS there any GUI based stuff so that each and every user can change there
passwords without telnet to server. Infact it's very hactic to make shell -s
/usr/bin/passwd and tell them to telnet ..... and change pass...
Please help
