poppassd is server for changing password.
Install the server from CD, must be available on debian or redhat.
Once the server is running simply telnet to the popassd server at port (I
think 106)
You will prompted for username, old password and new password.
If old password matches the password is changed.
Put this script in tck/tk to get the GUI look on client machine.
