Hi everybody, Pl help me to solve this problem.
I have installed windows in /dev/hda1 and linux kernel in /dev/hda5. My windows partition got corrupted, although with rescue disk and through LINUX I can read windows data but I was not able to run WINDOWS through LILO. Hence I reinstalled windows. Now this caused corruption of LILO which was in MBR. Now while booting instead of LILO, I got error messages like Invalid MSDOS.SYS. I tried to reconfigure LILO by booting through LINUX CD in rescue mode. But it also failed. What is going wrong ?
