Opening an MH type mailbox in mutt, and saving all mails from there to
an mbox type, will do the trick. Same with Maildir. And this is easily
scriptable, IIRC.

Netscape uses mbox, with a few extra headers of its own, with
X-Mozilla prefix (allowed by the RFCs).
