Yeah, so what happens?

This is a feature of [E]SMTP - and there are lots of legitimate uses for it
(for example your staff member has a yahoo account he pops down to outlook
express, and uses your local smtp server to send out mail).

If you feel someone is forging mail etc, the solution is social, not
technical.  Have an acceptable use policy, and enforce it strictly.
