Enable Passive FTP in your client (command is passive, in those ftp clients
which support it).

That's all there is to it.  Your iptables NAT works well.

BTW, great to have one [more] of the fairer sex here on LIH ... I sort of had
a longish discussion with another person on LIH about this.  She assured me
that yes, there *were* lots of women on LIH.  I didn't quite believe it till
now :)  Welcome, and keep posting ...
