Hello, Check if sendmail is listning on the incoming ip's interface. Typically check for this in sendmail.cf
O DaemonPortOptions=Port=smtps,Addr=127.0.0.1, Name=MTA Add another line replacing 127.0.0.1 with the IP you want sendmail to listen onto.
