see the cd rom there are folders in dosutils you have to go to dos mod(if you are using win98) with cdrom access(you have to install cdrom driver for that in dos), then run autoboot.bat file. secondly you can use floppy , to make bootable floppy use rawrite. you can see the help of rawrite and loadlin
