NOT agreed ... some form of M$ comes bundled with nearly
all basic hardware in this country ... so  available  at 
no extra cost (at least).

To hard core folk  NOTHING ! To freebie  voyagers  and M$
gamers probably something ... 

I had Linux on my box even before Win-95 was  released. I
would not like things to change even if  Bill Gates  gave 
me a  monetary  incentive  to try  out  an "Abort, Retry, 
Fail" operating system in any of its incarnations.
