Hi,
I'm having a rather silly trouble with sendmail.
I'm on a LAN with hostname rh7, using sendmail.
For some sites, i get the following error messages:
The original message was received at Wed, 2 Jan 2002 13:57:01 +0530
from localhost [127.0.0.1]
----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
(reason: 501 5.1.8 <rohan@rh7>... Domain of sender address rohan@rh7 does
not exist)
I know what that means :)
So, how do i tell sendmail to use a particular domain name when executing the
HELO command and not the default hostname??
I want sendmail to use the domain name it-om.com
