Both these kernels are totally ancient ... go to the latest in the 2.2 tree.
Judging by the numbers, those are RPMs.  Just rpm -ivh kernel-[whatever]
should do the trick for you.

/sbin, /usr/sbin               ... for system related commands
/bin, /usr/bin, /usr/local/bin           ... for user commands
/usr/X11R6/bin                      ... for X program commands
