I am about to get a server which has a customzied RedHat 6.2 installed on it. Unfortunately it has two hard disk on it and I am not in control of the partitioning. What I had hoped for was that the two hard disks would be merged into one using RAID0. Another problem is that I am not in physical proximity to the server. So I am wondering whether anyone has successfully migrated a fully functional server from a non RAID layout to a RAID0 layout - without using extra hardware or physical presence.
