Office apps are less about fancy graphics, and more about having the proper apis and libraries so that the programmer of the app doesn't worry about unnecesary complexity. It's called abstraction. Also, there's no reason for an office app to require 24bpp graphics. Anyone who's used wordstar, professional write, word perfect, lotus 123, quattro pro, dbase, foxpro, etc, will tell you that console based office apps are quite user friendly, and productive - more so since you don't waste time trying out all those funny cursive fonts. -- Old Grandad is dead but his spirits live on. _______________________________________________ linux-india-help mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-india-help
