I have a little query regarding % Memory used
When I type top command it is showing % Mem used by varios process instance and if I
tried to calculate the total Mem used then it goes more than 100% as some instances
are shown below
%MEM TIME COMMAND
6.9 0:00 rmserver
6.9 0:12 rmserver
6.9 0:12 rmserver
6.9 0:12 rmserver
6.9 0:12 rmserver
6.9 0:12 rmserver
.
.
.
and so on
I am having 16 instances of rmserver and each instance shows 6.9 % of Memory
and further we r having other process which are also shows a lot of % Mem used
Is there any way by which we can know that what process is using how much Memory
any suggestions?
