one more thing earlier our server is having 256MB RAM
later we have increased it to 512MB ,but the total memory used( when we see it by free 
or top) is always around 95%.
Is it normal ?

Try out `vmstat', it gives a sampled output.  There are many options too
to get per process mem usage.
