Yuck!  No way I'm paying to help combat spam.  It's an irritant, but
not particularly big on my horizon (and please don't try to convince
me that it's a global menace -- spam may well be capable of wiping out
humanity tomorrow but I don't really care :-) Why don't the people who
really care about spam make some service like the one I detailed
above?  It'd help a lot of people, and them (the anti-spam-ites) too.
