Thanks for reminding this one. IIRC, this is not in the
docs. The first time you do a perl -CPAN etc. this is shown
on the screen ... and then it is all forgotten ... I was just
trying to recall where I had seen this .... deja vous !
Am I right, or is it in the docs somewhere ?

/etc/syslog.conf .. To have the same thing also shown on a tty
not in use, add the following to /etc/syslog.conf:
