This has nothing to do with your linux installation, Windows behaves like
that. As the Installed programs/registry becomes long, booting process slows
down. Try removing programs from following registry entries which run
automatically when you boot the system

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run


HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\


and from HKLM also!
