Hi Ranjit,

I think you can take up the distribution and ship it free to the user on 
CDs if they are not modified in any way. This is as good as the customer 
downloading the iso images and burning a CD himself. So, this should not 
result in a trademark issue.

In any case, if your applications are desktop based, you might want to 
evaluate if your application works with Mandrake Linux since that is 
more customized for desktop users. It will be an easy migration for 
users comfortable with Windows too. And, there are no trademark issues 
redistributing un-modified copoies of Mandrake.
