Didn't know it was still being maintained.. anyways I hardly use windows
so it's something I can live without.

 |figure out the file names.  Files that were inside directories had their

Yes I got all the files back too.. but for a newbie it'll be a nightmare
to pick up the stuff from lost+found and put them in the right place.

But since it was my /etc that got messed up I couldn't boot into the
machine and had to boot from either a cdrom or an another linux
install.(don't remember)
