StarOffice ( also OpenOffice and may be few more ) has two
option. Any user can install it for his use using ./setup,
or root can install it for all users on PC, using ./setup
/net.

But still in this case, user who want to use need it, have
to installed befoe using it. It ask user's personal
information like name, Email etc.
