well, i never said you can't *check* several accounts. that's support
for several *pop3* servers. of course kamil has that. what farhan wanted
and i said not possible was several *smtp* servers. that wasn't there
till kmail 1.3.1. binand says the next version (the one which came with
kde 2.2.2) has it. i don't know. i don't have that version of kde.

well, yes that is there. but does that really work? i specified a new
smtp server with a new identity and "Edit Transport". but when i changed
over to the new id and clicked on the "Network" tab on the left-hand
pane, the smtp setting was unchanged (same as that of the default id).
have you tested this?
